Privacy Policy

How BraveData collects, uses, and protects personal data — both for our customers and for the individuals represented in our database.

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Bravedata Global Tech Ltd. ("BraveData", "we", "us") handles personal data. It covers two groups: (a) our account holders and website visitors, and (b) the data subjects whose publicly available professional information is indexed in our database.

2. Data We Collect from Customers

  • Account details: name, work email, company, and billing information.
  • Usage data: API request logs, query patterns, and diagnostic metadata.
  • Support communications you send to us.

3. Data We Scrape

Our Service scrapes publicly accessible professional profile and company pages in real time when a customer makes a request. The returned data contains business-context information such as name, headline, job title, employer, location, and career history. We do not guarantee the presence of personal contact details, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or information about minors.

4. How We Use Data

  • To provide, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To route and fulfil real-time scraping requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.

5. Legal Basis

We process customer data to perform our contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Service. We process scraped public professional data on the basis of legitimate interest in providing real-time access to publicly available business information, balanced against the rights of data subjects as required by GDPR and CCPA.

6. Data Subject Rights

Individuals have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their information, and to object to processing. See our GDPR & CCPA Compliance page for how to exercise these rights, including opt-out and removal requests.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. We apply encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), access controls, and regular security reviews to protect data against unauthorized access.

8. Third Parties

We share data with vetted processors (e.g., cloud hosting, payment, and email verification providers) under data-processing agreements. We do not sell customer account data.

9. Contact
